Shipping

Each product is custom made to order. When an order is placed by 12 am MST, product will ship out the next business day. Any order placed after 12 am MST on Thursday will ship the following Monday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays.

We ship via First Class USPS which takes 2-10 business days once USPS receives it. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. USPS and Brightbox do not guarantee their shipping times. Brightbox boxes include tracking codes to keep you up to date on where your package is!

USPS will receive your package 1 business day after it was ordered (when placed by 5 pm MST) & will show in their system as soon as they scan it. If you do not see an update on USPS tracking within 3 business days, please send an email to support@brightboxes.com & we'll help you! 

Please note that Confetti Cards do not contain tracking information.

First have the recipient take a quick look around, there’s a chance that it was misplaced somewhere on their porch or accidentally at the neighbors. But if according to your tracking it says it’s delivered but the recipient hasn’t gotten it, check with their carrier and shoot us an email. We’ll do our best to try to locate it through USPS and go the extra mile on our end to pinpoint its location, but unfortunately there are those rare situations where it’s out of our control such as a package being stolen or lost. For those instances we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’ll do the same!

Once an order has shipped we are limited in what we can do. Our suggestion would be to reorder a new gift for your friend and once your initial gift has been returned we can offer you a refund.

At checkout you can click the " ship to multiple addresses " box to add each individual address to an order. You can use this feature for up to 15 boxes!

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest.

Ordering

Yes! We now offer multiple expedited options at checkout.

Please contact support@brightboxes.com immediately for address changes with your order number, recipient name, and correct address. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped we will accommodate as best we can, however there is no guarantee.

You cannot currently schedule your order, but the in the future there will be an option.

Due to our quick turnaround time our window of time to cancel orders is very small, we might not always be able to cancel orders but we will try our best.

Refund and Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear that your package didn’t make its destination. When this happens the package is routed back to our fulfillment center in Utah which can take several weeks. If returned, our support team will reach out to you to discuss the following option:

Refund the box upon receipt minus a 35% restocking fee for labor and discard perishables and custom items and then reship to the correct address for a $3-$8 fee dependent on gift weight.

Any packages returned to us by USPS with an error code resulting from a wrong address (unclaimed, no such number, insufficient address, etc.) are refunded to you (the customer) immediately, less a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified via email & the return will appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy can be directed to support@brightboxes.com

Our policy is to wait 16 days from the last tracking update before we can consider a package to be lost in transit. This allows USPS and UPS to work through any possible shipping delays due to COVID-19 precautions, inclement weather, increases in shipping volume, etc. 

If your order has not had any tracking updates in 14 days, we will happily reship it for you at no additional cost! We appreciate your patience and understanding as USPS works hard to deliver your Brightbox gift to you!

Brightbox is not responsible for Gift Cards once they are shipped if they are lost or stolen. We will refund the convenience fee per card, however, we are unable to refund the Gift Card total.
