Shipping

When will my Brightbox ship?

Each product is custom made to order! When order is placed by 10 am MST, they will ship out the same business day. Any order placed after 10 am MST will ship the following business day. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship via First Class USPS which takes 2-10 business days once USPS receives it. USPS and Brightbox do not guarantee their shipping times. 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?

Boxes contain tracking information, however, Confetti Cards do not.

can i pay for faster shipping?

No, we do not offer upgraded shipping at this time. 


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada with an additional shipping fee. 

Help! I don’t see any shipping update.

USPS will receive your package 1 business day after it was ordered (when placed by 5 pm MST) & will show in their system as soon as they scan it. If you do not see an update on USPS tracking within 3 business days, please send an email to support@thebrightboxes.com & we'll help you! 

Please note that Confetti Cards do not contain tracking information unless upgraded at checkout.

My Brightbox wasn’t delivered. what's going on?

First, if you are comfortable, please ask the receiver if they have received it. If they haven't, it's usually right around the corner! Have them check with a neighbor. If you're still having trouble please reach out to support@thebrightboxes.com with your order number & we'll help you figure it out!

WHERE DOES MY BRIGHTBOX SHIP FROM?

We ship out of Centerville, Utah.

Can I schedule my order to ship on a specific date?

Not Yet! This is high priority for us & we're working on a solution. Stay tuned!

Help! I put in the wrong address.

Quickly shoot an email to support@thebrightboxes.com with your order number, the recipient's name & the correct address. If their package hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it! We prioritize shipping fast so unfortunately if has already shipped we will not be able to change it. 

How can I place a large order of Brightboxes?

Brightbox is the perfect affordable solution for businesses! We have been able to accommodate bulk orders for employee recognition, client thank you's and many other occasions. Return Policy

My Product was returned to you - now what?

Any packages returned to us by USPS with an error code resulting from a wrong address (unclaimed, no such number, insufficient address, etc.) are refunded to you (the customer) immediately, less a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified via email & the return will appear in your account within 5-7 business days. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy can be directed to support@thebrightboxes.com.

My package was lost with a gift card

Brightbox is not responsible for Gift Cards once they are shipped if they are lost or stolen. We will refund the convenience fee per card, however, we are unable to refund the Gift Card total.
